New roles, new responsibilities, and a new website

My name is Sascha Steffen, and welcome to my new website. I am a Professor of Finance at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and have been appointed Vice President Research as of July 1, 2021. That is, going forward, in addition to my role as researcher, I hope to further strengthen our research ecosystem, with the goal of having an impact in and beyond academia all with an eye toward helping establish Frankfurt School as one of the top European business schools.

I will using the blogging space on this website to share personal opinion and applicable advice about current research and other topics, and to enter into an informal but engaging dialogue.
